1.discover the best of what is, 2.imagine what could be, 3.create the future together by making it real, and 4.align concepts with views and ideas of stakeholders.

STRATEGY is about scope and direction. We analyse and explore your current strategy and provide critical thought and data intelligence on the potential for future ways of and means. We mostly do this at organisation and business unit level, and sometimes for teams. We apply to same methodology to create Workplace Strategy.

CHANGE (and ACTION) is about people and mindsets. We co-create and deliver bespoke change programmes, linking strategy and culture, and incorporating people, space and technology. Change for us is all about bringing strategy to life, whether that's a new 5-year business strategy or a supporting workplace strategy, or a personal goal.

We offer tailored packages on leadership and management. These focus on developing the skills and practices required to succeed as leaders and managers. We use methodologies based on 30 years of multi-sector experience, and tools such as the GC Index (Energy for Impact), and Lumina LEADER.

Lumina SPARK looks at people as 'human beings' not 'human doings'. With key focus on smart data but simple language, colourful imagery and embracing the paradox within us, Lumina is a personalised experience where diversity is highly valued.
